Suzanne Collins - Catching Fire

Book 2 in the book cleverly disquised to be an adult book in child's publisher.  Also have to wonder why these books stayed in hard cover for so long?  I think us District's were getting screwed...Book two's have to be the hardest for any author to write.  Knowledge with the writer and reader that this is simply a bridge to the concluding book makes these books difficult to really care.  Sure I need to read it but I know nothing really interesting is going to happen.  I mean there were some surprises and I'm glad that I slugged through it but obviously the final book will be the big reveal...
