Boy reading the reviews on this one was interesting. Not alot of love for this one. I mean I thought it was typical Hemingway. Beautiful in parts, frustrating at times, and pure Hero. I thought it was interesting that the reviewers mostly criticized his estate for attempting to bring this book to print. I guess it was shorten from 800 pages of rambling to this novel. Anyway it was interesting to read Hemingway writing about himself and using his typical male characteristics to describe himself. I do have to wonder if his women really talk the way he says. Because that would be crazy. Anyway I thought the book was worth my time.
